ES-355 Style With Versatile Varitone Control

The Epiphone Inspired By Custom Shop Alex Lifeson Signature 1976 ES-355 Reissue recreates the distinctive Alpine White semi-hollow guitar associated with the Rush legend. Its 5-ply maple and poplar body uses a solid maple centreblock for added sustain and feedback resistance, while gold hardware and a Maestro Vibrola give the guitar an elegant 70s-inspired look.

The 3-piece maple neck has a Slim C profile and volute for a comfortable, stable feel. A bound ebony fingerboard with a 304.8mm (12") radius, 22 medium jumbo frets and block inlays supports smooth chord work and expressive lead playing across the 628.65mm (24.75") scale length.

Two USA-made Gibson T-Type humbuckers deliver clear, articulate humbucker tones, while individual volume and tone controls provide familiar shaping. A mono Varitone switch expands the tonal range, and the mini toggle allows the Varitone circuit to be engaged or bypassed quickly. A custom Alex Lifeson hardshell case is included.
