The Epiphone Futura SG Custom Midnight Ember Shift keeps that direct, immediate response SG players tend to like, but with a bit more control when you start adding gain. The all-mahogany body gives you a strong midrange presence, while still leaving enough top-end detail for chords to stay separated when you’re playing with a band or layering parts.

The neck has a Modern C profile that feels comfortable and natural — it’s one of those profiles you don’t really think about.
