The Epiphone Futura SG Custom Dragonfly Shift has a quick attack that makes it feel immediate under your hands. The mahogany body keeps the mids forward, which helps parts stand out in a mix, especially when you’re playing alongside another guitar or keys. Even with gain dialled in, notes stay separated enough that chords don’t turn into a blur.

The neck has a Modern C profile that feels comfortable and natural — it’s one of those profiles you don’t really think about. The ebony board is a bit quicker than rosewood, and it reacts cleanly when you’re switching between tighter rhythm playing and more expressive lead work.
