EMG HET JH James Hetfield Signature Active Humbucker Pickup Set Floyd Rose Spacing 52mm Chrome

Hetfield’s JH Voicing with 52 mm Floyd Rose Spacing and Chrome Metal Works Caps

The EMG JH James Hetfield Signature Set combines the JH-N neck and JH-B bridge pickups in an active humbucker pair designed to deliver high output without losing clarity and punch. The JH-N uses individual ceramic poles with larger, taller cores than the EMG 60 design, producing stronger attack, higher output and a fuller low end from the neck position.

At the bridge, the JH-B uses steel pole pieces instead of the bar magnets found in an EMG 81. This reduces inductance, helping the low end stay cleaner and more controlled while retaining the tight attack needed for defined rhythm work and articulate leads.

This version uses 52 mm Floyd Rose spacing for compatible guitars with wider bridge string spacing, and Chrome stainless steel Metal Works caps give the pickups a bright polished finish. EMG’s Solderless Install System is included with two 25k Volume pots, two 25k Tone pots, battery bus, stereo output jack, two-pickup in/out bus, mounting hardware and all required connection cables.

At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this active humbucker set is well suited to players who need 52 mm spacing and want the JH set’s high output, tight bridge response and fuller neck sound in a polished Chrome finish.
