The Electro-Harmonix Dirt Road Special is a 40-watt solid-state guitar combo amp that brings back the character of the 1970s Dirt Road Special with updated electronics and mechanical design for improved durability. Its compact 1x12 format uses a 12” speaker, giving players a practical grab-and-go amp with enough power for rehearsals, recording and smaller live settings.

The amp is built around a sweet clean tone and a raw, natural overdrive voice. The interactive Volume and Bite knobs let you shape crunch and drive response directly from the amp, so you can move from cleaner rhythm parts into more aggressive overdrive without needing a complicated control layout.

Four onboard reverbs from the Holy Grail Max pedal add useful ambience, with Spring, Plate, Hall and Reverse options available. A reverb footswitch is included, making it easier to bring those sounds in and out while playing.
