Expanded Bass Fuzz Control With Clean Low-End Definition

The Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi 2 is an analogue fuzz, distortion and sustainer pedal built around a dual op-amp Big Muff circuit. It delivers midrange grind, flexible EQ and long sustain, while bass-focused controls help preserve low-end weight through heavier fuzz settings.

The Blend knob balances clean and effected signals, allowing players to keep a solid fundamental beneath the fuzz. A noise gate helps tighten the response, while the footswitchable crossover section splits the signal path: the high-pass filter shapes the signal entering the fuzz circuit, and the low-pass filter controls the clean signal. This makes it possible to combine brighter fuzz texture with deep, clear bass.

A selectable -10dB input pad suits higher-output pickups. The XLR DI output sends the effected signal to a mixer or recording setup, while the Direct Out provides a buffered clean signal. The footswitch supports standard latching operation or momentary fuzz bursts. A power adapter is included.
