An Ergonomic Offset Built Around the FullerTone Two-Bolt Neck System

The Eastman FT-Offset'62-GD FullerTone '62 Offset in Gold takes a player-first approach to the offset format. Developed with input from guitarist Paul Davids, its roasted Black Limba body uses sculpted contours and a bevelled back to sit comfortably against you whether you’re standing or seated. The flowing body shape feels modern without abandoning the familiar balance and visual character that make offset guitars distinctive.

At the centre of the design is Eastman’s FullerTone two-bolt long-tenon neck joint. Rather than using a conventional four-bolt arrangement, the roasted maple neck extends further into the body to increase neck-to-body contact, with the design intended to improve resonance, sustain and stability while leaving a smooth, unobstructed heel for upper-fret access. The Medium Round profile and rosewood fingerboard give the neck a more substantial, rounded feel rather than an ultra-thin modern carve.

Two Tonerider soapbar-sized humbuckers with custom goldfoil covers provide the guitar’s warm, articulate voice, combining clarity with enough body to keep chords and single-note lines full. A three-way selector handles pickup changes, while 500K audio-taper pots and an Orange Drop 0.022μF capacitor form the control circuit.

The Göldo DG tremolo is paired with a Göldo three-point Vario bridge, giving you smooth vibrato for anything from subtle pitch movement to more pronounced expression while maintaining strong tuning stability. An anodised aluminium pickguard and backplates, nickel hardware and six-in-line staggered tuners complete the Gold Truetone Satin presentation.
