The Eastman E1OOSS is a slope shoulder OO body featuring a solid Sitka Spruce top and solid Sapele back & sides. These premium quality tonewoods look incredible with a Satin TrueTone Sunburst finish. TrueTone is an environmentally friendly finish, with the same consistency and superior tonal characteristics as nitrocellulose. The small OO body provides a sharp focussed tone with attack and bark. The Sapele produces a balanced tone with plenty of mid range; similar to Mahogany, but with a slightly brighter tone and more shimmer in the top-end. Utilising a hand carved scalloped X bracing allows the body to resonate, producing volume and bass you wouldn't normally expect from a package this size. The guitar is decked out with an ebony fretboard, tortoise binding, pearl dot inlays, tortoiseshell pickguard and includes a padded gig bag.
