Alhambra Guitars

For Alhambra Guitars, we recommend The Guitar Centre at the Gabba (click here to shop all available Alhambra Guitars )

We don't currently stock Alhambra Guitars at Riffs & Licks Music, but our mates at The Guitar Centre at the Gabba carry a great range of Alhambra classical and nylon-string guitars. If you've landed here looking for an Alhambra guitar for sale in Australia, they're well worth checking out.

If you're comparing classical guitars before choosing an Alhambra, we stock a wide range of classical and nylon-string acoustic guitars, including instruments from Yamaha and Katoh. Both offer options spanning beginner and intermediate instruments through to performance and crossover nylon-string guitars. Our mates at The Guitar Centre at the Gabba also stock Camps classical guitars, giving you another Spanish-made alternative to consider.

About Alhambra

Alhambra Guitars are made in Spain and have been building classical and nylon-string guitars since 1965. Based in Muro de Alcoy in Alicante, the company combines traditional Spanish guitar-making knowledge with modern production techniques, producing instruments for everyone from students buying their first classical guitar to experienced performers looking for a professional instrument. The range extends beyond traditional classical designs to flamenco, crossover and steel-string acoustic guitars.

Classical and nylon-string guitars remain at the heart of Alhambra. The range covers different playing levels, tonewood combinations and specifications, allowing players to move from approachable student instruments through to sophisticated concert-level guitars while staying within the same Spanish-made family. Alhambra also produces crossover models for players who prefer characteristics closer to a steel-string or electric guitar, alongside dedicated flamenco guitars built for the response and attack associated with that style.
