Slimline Electric Guitar Protection with More Padding and Smarter Storage

The BOSS CB-EG05 is a slimline gig bag designed to fit a wide range of electric guitars while keeping weight and bulk down. A rugged 400D polyester exterior surrounds 15 mm (5/8") padding, with increased protection along the sides and back compared with the previous generation. The lower bout also has a reinforced area to protect the guitar around the strap button.

Inside, a soft velvet-style lining helps protect the instrument finish, while polyester shields around the tuning machine and bridge areas reduce wear on the lining itself. A detachable neck rest supports the neck during transport and can be repositioned or removed as needed.

The enlarged front pocket has room for cables, pedals and compact multi-effects units such as the BOSS GX-1, plus a zippered mesh section for slimmer items. Two padded backpack straps, a padded main handle and a loop handle give you several carrying options.
