The Bigsby B500BK Licensed Bigsby Vibrato Tailpiece in Black is designed for flat top solid body guitars that need smooth, expressive pitch movement with a compact top-mounted design. Based on the original B5, the B500 includes a tension bar to increase the break angle over the bridge, helping create a firmer string path on flat top instruments.

This design is suited to players who want subtle vibrato effects for chord shimmer, controlled pitch movement and expressive melodic phrasing. The cast aluminium frame provides the main tailpiece structure, while the stainless steel handle gives the player a direct, smooth point of control for adding movement without changing the guitar’s core setup approach.

Mounting hardware is included, with spring, washer, screws and felt pads supplied. The B500 mounts with four supplied screws that attach to the guitar top.
