A Firmer Bigsby Setup for Flat Top Solid Body Guitars

The Bigsby B50 Licensed Bigsby Vibrato Tailpiece in Polished Aluminium is designed for flat top solid body guitars. Based on the original B5, the B50 uses a compact top-mounted layout with a tension bar that increases the break angle over the bridge, helping the strings sit more firmly across flatter guitar designs.

That added break angle gives players controlled pitch movement for subtle vibrato on held chords, gentle shimmer on open voicings and small expressive dips during melodic phrases. The cast aluminium frame forms the main tailpiece structure, while the stainless steel handle provides a smooth point of control for adding movement without aiming for extreme pitch drops.

Mounting hardware is included, with spring, washer, screws and felt pads supplied. The B50 mounts with four supplied screws that attach directly to the guitar top.
