The Behringer UB-Xa MINI is a portable programmable analogue synthesizer built around three VCOs, a pure analogue VCO/VCF/VCA signal path and circuitry inspired by classic 1980s OB-Xa designs. Each oscillator provides saw and square waveforms, giving you a solid foundation for pads, leads, basses and layered analogue textures.

A selectable 12/24 dB low-pass filter lets you choose between gentler or steeper filtering, with adjustable resonance for more pronounced sweeps. The three-waveform LFO can modulate pitch, filter cutoff and pulse width, while sync expands the rhythmic modulation options. A multi-mode ring modulator processes the square waves for sharper, metallic and more complex tones.

The 16-step motion sequencer records knob movements as part of a sequence, with 10 memory slots for storing evolving patterns. Poly, Unison, Octaves, Fifths, Ring Unison and Ring Poly modes further change how the synth responds across its 27 touch-sensitive keys.
