Turn StageConnect Audio into 16 Balanced Analogue Outputs

The Behringer SC16-O is a 16-output StageConnect interface that converts digital StageConnect audio into balanced XLR line outputs using ESS DAC conversion. A single StageConnect connection can carry up to 32 channels of bidirectional 24-bit audio at 44.1 or 48 kHz with sub-millisecond latency, giving you a streamlined way to feed amplifiers, monitor systems, broadcast lines or another console.

StageConnect carries audio, control data and 12 VDC / 18 W remote power over the same XLR connection, reducing the number of separate cable runs and local power connections required. The SC16-O can operate as a Host, supplying word clock and power to the bus, or as a Client that synchronises to an external clock from StageConnect or the Ultranet input.

Ultranet input and output ports allow audio to move between StageConnect and Ultranet systems, while MIDI output commands from compatible Behringer StageConnect products can also pass through the system. The metal enclosure fits a 482.6 mm (19") 1U rack space.
