Dynamic Analogue Filtering with Envelope and Expression Control

The Behringer BM-11M is an analogue low-pass filter and envelope filter designed for guitar, bass, synths, drum machines and other studio or pedalboard sources. Its 2-pole and 4-pole filter modes give you two different response slopes, while Resonance lets you emphasise the cutoff point for anything from gentle tonal shaping to much more pronounced filter sweeps.

The envelope follower reacts to the level of your playing or incoming signal, automatically opening and closing the filter as your dynamics change. That gives the BM-11M its auto-wah behaviour, with Envelope Amount setting how strongly the filter responds. Cutoff, Drive and a blendable Mix control give you further control over the starting tone, input gain and balance between filtered and original signal.

An expression pedal input adds real-time foot control, while USB/MIDI provides another way to integrate the filter into more involved setups.
