Behringer BDS-3 Classic 4-Channel Analogue Semi-Modular Eurorack Desktop Drum Synthesizer

Four Channels of Hands-On Analogue Percussion and Effects

The Behringer BDS-3 is a four-channel analogue drum synthesizer inspired by a classic 1970s design, built for creating electronic percussion from conventional drum hits, analogue triggers, MIDI or USB. Each channel responds to playing dynamics and provides direct control over Click, Decay, Bend, Pitch, Noise and assignable Decay Kill, letting you move from toms and bass drums into bells, gongs, metallic textures and more experimental effects.

A shared Master/Effects section shapes all four channels with overall Pitch, LFO Rate, Range, waveform selection between square and sine, Run Time and Output Level. Four independent analogue outputs make it easy to process or record each channel separately.

With 57 controls on the panel, the BDS-3 keeps sound shaping immediate rather than menu-driven. The main module can also be transferred into a standard Eurorack case for modular integration.

At Riffs & Licks Music, we think this analogue drum synthesizer is ideal for producers and percussionists who want responsive, playable synthesis with deep hands-on control and flexible triggering.
