Take Control of Your Acoustic Sound Before It Reaches the PA

The Baggs Venue DI is an analogue acoustic preamp and direct box built to help you deal with the realities of different stages, rooms and PA systems. Its all-discrete FET signal path keeps the pickup signal clean and detailed, while adjustable Gain and a four-segment clip meter make it easy to optimise levels for active or passive pickups.

A five-band EQ with tunable low-mid and high-mid bands gives you precise control over where the guitar sits in the mix. When feedback starts creeping in, the Garret Null notch filter and Phase control let you target the problem without completely reshaping your sound.

The built-in chromatic tuner includes footswitch muting, while a second footswitch gives you an adjustable Volume boost for solos or louder passages. You also get XLR and 6.35 mm (1/4") outputs, a series effects loop, Ground Lift and a battery status gauge. Power comes from a 9V battery or 9V supply (not included), and a custom EVA carrying case is included.
