The Comp EQ works differently from a conventional full-range compressor. Three narrow compression bands target low, mid and high frequencies independently, reacting to how hard you play. Dig in and those problem frequencies are controlled more firmly; back off and the compression relaxes, so your dynamics still come through instead of feeling squashed.

Adjustable gain suits both passive and active pickups, while the volume control lets you balance the overall level. The engage footswitch switches between the processed signal and true bypass, with power available from a 9V battery or 9V DC supply.
