The Baggs Align Active DI gives you a straightforward way to send your acoustic signal to a PA while keeping the character of your instrument intact. Its all-discrete active circuitry is designed for high fidelity and plenty of headroom, so it can handle a wide range of signal levels without getting in the way of your core sound.

On stage, the controls cover the problems you are most likely to need to fix quickly. The pad adjusts the XLR output to suit the PA, ground lift helps get rid of ground-loop noise, and phase inversion gives you another way to tackle feedback and find the best response from the room. A dedicated mute footswitch is especially useful when changing instruments or silencing your signal between sets.

XLR and 6.35 mm (1/4") outputs provide flexible routing, with a Thru/Out switch adding further output options. Power can come from a 9V battery, 9V DC supply or 48V phantom power (not included).
