Solid Spruce and Rosewood Grand Auditorium With Natural Amplified Detail

The Cole Clark CCSAN1EC-SR-SUN Studio Series is a grand auditorium acoustic-electric built for players who want a strong solid-wood voice, comfortable handling and a natural plugged-in sound. Its A Grade spruce top provides clear attack and dynamic response, while A Grade rosewood back and sides add extended bass, sustain and a more traditional acoustic depth.

The grand auditorium body shape sits in a practical middle ground: full enough for confident acoustic projection, but more comfortable and controlled than larger acoustic body styles. The 25.5" scale length gives the strings a clear, responsive feel, while the African mahogany neck, 44mm nut width and 12" radius support both chord work and fingerstyle detail.

Cole Clark?s PG3 pickup system uses a strip piezo, face sensor and microphone to capture different parts of the guitar?s frequency range. The piezo handles the low end, the face sensor covers the mids and highs, and the microphone adds extreme high-frequency detail, giving the amplified sound a more natural character than a simple undersaddle-only system. Spanish Heel construction helps sustain and projection by carrying the neck structure into the body, while Plek fret and nut work supports clean playability.
