Balanced Acoustic Response with Detailed Plugged-In Control

The Cole Clark CCAN3EC-RDBLE combines a solid AAA-grade Australian-grown American Redwood top with solid AAA-grade Australian Blackwood back and sides in a cutaway Grand Auditorium body. Redwood gives soft-to-medium players a responsive, resonant sound for fingerpicking and strumming. Touring Series double-V and Mini-X bracing, an internally carved top and back, and a larger soundhole control bottom end, helping the guitar resist feedback while retaining a balanced acoustic response. The Queensland Maple neck, Ebony fingerboard, 648 mm (25.5”) scale, 305 mm (12”) radius and 44 mm (1.73”) nut width support fretting and smooth position shifts.

The PG3 pickup system uses six suspended undersaddle piezo elements, a face sensor and a condenser microphone. Each element handles a different frequency range, reducing piezo quack and giving players natural, controllable amplified sound. A Tweed Cole Clark hardcase and pickguard are supplied.
