The Roland VAD507 V-Drums Acoustic Design Electronic Drum Kit delivers the commanding presence of a full acoustic drum set on stage—with the convenience and control of electronic drums. This premium five-piece kit features wood shells with full depth and diameter, covered with attractive wraps and mounted on double-braced chrome stands, to give you maximum stability, both on-stage and in the studio. Roland’s advanced digital sensor technology and dynamic TD-27 drum module provide the sound and response to match, with every stroke, ghost note, roll, and swell expressed in incredible detail.

Building on the previous VAD506 model, the VAD507 adds a digital hi-hat for even greater expression, plus heavy-duty cymbal stands inherited from the flagship VAD706. The TD-27 module Ver.2.0 adds an array of enhancements over the previous generation. Owners will get ten new powerful kits and three reworked kits that refine existing favourites. 39 preloaded user samples can also be found within the new kits. Enhanced transient function makes it possible to create higher quality kits. Plus, support for Master Compression, menu improvements, new thin V-Cymbal trigger types, and Roland Cloud Kit Contents support round out the new developments.
