The Hagstrom Justin York Viking Semi-Hollow Guitar Gold Top is the result of a collaboration between Hagstrom's design gurus and Justin York, of Paramore fame. This semi-hollow, with a vintage vibe and modern appointments, was purpose-designed to be one of the most tonally diverse guitars possible. The Maple body with Gold Top finish, Ultra-Thin Maple neck, and witch-hat knobs gives this Super Viking a classic 60's vibe.

A Hagstrom Custom 58 humbucking pickup in the bridge position provides classic rock tones, while Hagstrom's HJ-50 neck humbucker delivers softer smoother, and more elegant tones. Individual coil-splits are available via the push/pull tone controls, providing an even more expansive sonic palette. A Resinator Wood fingerboard provides comfortable playability for hours on end - Resinator Wood is a wood composite that has a stable, clear and articulate tone similar to Ebony. Hagstrom's H-Expander truss rod runs the full length of the neck, providing plenty of stability, and adding a round attack and even greater sustain.
