A Chambered Jet with Modern Electronics and Wide Tonal Range

The Gretsch Electromatic Premier Jet combines the focused punch of a solid-body guitar with the added resonance of a chambered design. Its chambered mahogany body paired with a carved maple top creates a lively response with strong attack, clear mids and a full low end. The chambering keeps the guitar responsive and balanced while the sculpted body contours and rounded neck heel make higher frets easier to reach.

Sphera Twin Six humbuckers give the Premier Jet a powerful and expressive voice. Each pickup uses twelve adjustable pole pieces to fine-tune string balance and attack, producing tones that move easily from articulate cleans to thick, driven sounds. A master volume with treble bleed maintains clarity as the level changes, while individual no-load tone controls shape each pickup without dulling the sound at full setting. Pulling the master volume activates the Lumen Filter, tightening the response for sharper, more percussive tones.

The mahogany neck uses a comfortable Performance C profile paired with a bound ebony fingerboard featuring a 10 to 14 inch compound radius. This design keeps chord playing relaxed in lower positions while allowing smoother bends and faster passages further up the neck. Luminlay side dots improve visibility when playing under low lighting.

A Lockdown locking wraparound bridge secures firmly to the body to improve sustain and attack, while locking tuners and locking strap buttons provide practical stability during rehearsals, studio work and live performances.
