Please Note: This item was recieved from Gibson, marked as a Les Paul Standard '50s. The body and neck are correct to spec for this model. It is however, loaded with the hardware and electronics of a Les Paul Standard '60s; we have marked it as a Hybrid '50s/'60s because of this. The primary differences are that it has: (1) '60s Burstbucker pickups, instead of Burstbucker 1 & 2; (2) Grover Rotomatic "Kidney" Tuners, instead of Vintage Deluxe Tuners, (3) Gold Top Hat Control Knobs with Silver Reflector & Dial Pointer, instead of Gold Top Hat Knobs with Dial Pointers.

Gibson Les Paul Standard Hybrid '50s/'60s

The Les Paul Standard Hybrid '50s/'60s has a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50's-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic kidney tuners, and gold tophat knobs with silver insters. The calibrated Burstbucker 61R (neck) and Burstbucker 61T (bridge) pickups are loaded with AlNiCo V magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
