Cole Clark AN3EC-EMEM – European Maple Top, Back and Sides

Cole Clark guitars are beautifully made right here in Australia. Cole Clark sources all of its timber from urban recovery (trees that have fallen or been removed for safety reasons), and sustainable plantations across Queensland, Victoria, and Tasmania. The AN3EC features a grand auditorium body which many find more comfortable than the larger dreadnought size. This AN3 features all solid woods using all solid AAA grade European Maple on the top, back and sides. The guitar also features a Queensland Maple neck with Ebony fretboard. To finish off its' gorgeous looks, Abalone inlays are included on the fretboard, waist and rosette. Stunningly resonant when strummed acoustically, it really shines when amplified using the Cole Clark 3-way pickup system included.

This Cole Clark AN3EC is made in Australia from sustainable predominantly Australian-grown timbers. It features a solid AAA-grade Australian-grown European Maple top, back & sides, Queensland Maple neck and Indian Ebony fretboard. European Maple is considered an invasive species in Australia, and removing it from the hills near the Cole Clark factory in Melbourne helps to restore the local flora. European Maple is less dense than US rock maple, which gives it a much more balanced tone, perfect for acoustic instruments (plus it looks incredible, which doesn't hurt).

The onboard Cole Clark PG3 3-way pickup system produces a beautifully natural amplified tone, perfect for your next live performance, whilst the cutaway gives you extra access to the upper frets. The PG3 pickup system combines an undersaddle piezo pickup, face sensor, and microphone, which work together to give you an incredibly well-rounded, dynamic and responsive representation of your guitar's natural tone. The undersaddle uses 6 individual piezo elements, for dynamic responsiveness and bottom-end response; the face sensor focusses on the mid-range, removing the signature 'quack' of piezo-only systems, as well as expertly translating the intricacies of any percussive playing; and the condenser mic is focussed towards the top end, smoothing out the signature 'ping' of piezo-only systems. The preamp allows you to tweak various aspects of your tone, such as the frequency range picked up by the face sensor, overall volume, and relative volume of the mic. This guitar comes impeccably set up ready to play and includes a Cole Clark hard case.
