The Espada Standard Baritone's Silverburst finish looks incredible with all-chrome hardware, and its Ash body makes an excellent tonal foundation for a pair of Hypernova Ceramic humbuckers. Hypernova humbuckers feature a ceramic magnet for aggressive articulation, tight bass, and instantaneous attack. Being super hot (12.2k Ohms in the neck, 17.2k Ohms in the bridge), they're obviously perfect for chugging brutal riffs, and shredding speedy licks - this super high output also means that they split extremely well. Just engage the coil-splitting for incredibly articulate, chimey cleans too!
A Comfy C-profile Roasted Maple neck with 16" radius Ebony fingerboard and 22 medium jumbo stainless steel frets are perfect for endlessly comfortable playability, while premium features like Balaguer locking tuners and a Balaguer bridge ensure solid tuning stability.

Balaguer Espada Baritone Silver BurstBy: Paul on 27 April 2024Purchased this little ripper today and the build quality and sound are amazing. It has everything you want in a modern guitar, but with an offset body, so looks a bit retro. It's a perfect balance of the old and the new, and the silver burst finish looks killer. The roasted maple neck is smooth and fast, with a beautiful fret board. Hart tail bridge, locking tuners, stainless steel frets, the spec on this guitar is awesome. Thanks to the team at Riffs and Licks, awesome service as usual.
