Due to Riffsmas demand, please allow additional days for processing and delivery of your orders. The information provided by our shipping partners suggests the following dates as a cut-off for Riffsmas orders:
TAS, Remote, Regional (except QLD) - 8th December
NT Metro, Regional QLD - 11th December
WA & SA Metro - 15th December
NSW, ACT, & VIC Metro - 17th December
QLD Metro - 18th December
Please Note: For items marked as 'Ships in 5-7 Days' / 'At Supplier - Ships in 7 Days,' please add an additional 7 days to these dates. For items marked as pre-order, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas Day, even when the ETA is marked as arriving before the dates listed above.
We want to make sure your Christmas is a rockin' great Riffsmas, so our Riffsmas elves will process your orders as quickly as they can, however, as freight companies are under considerable additional strain at this time of year, delivery before Christmas Day cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. Please ensure you check that all delivery details are accurate at time of checkout, and order as early as you can, in order to avoid disappointment.
If you're near our Newstead (Brisbane) or Bundall (Gold Coast) locations, we recommend local pickup.
